Felix, of the K-Pop band Stray Kids, made his runway debut on Tuesday during Paris Fashion Week for Louis Vuitton‘s ready-to-wear fall 2024 line.
The 23-year-old music star led the finale for the fashion house, wearing a textured white turtleneck, paired with two-toned gray pants. The ensemble was accessorized with white furry gloves and a gray handbag.
Emmy-nominated Korean actress and “Squid Game” breakout star Jung Ho-yeon, who opened the show, joined Felix for the finale.
The show marked artistic director of women’s collections at Louis Vuitton Nicolas Ghesquière’s 10-year anniversary with the fashion house and featured “futuristic takes on sportswear.” WWD wrote in its review that Ghesquière’s “collection, while not exactly a greatest hits compilation, could be read as a distillation of his work at the house. There were futuristic takes on sportswear, like a graphic two-tone windbreaker with a curved zipper, or a silver flight suit with scarification marks.”
Prior to his Paris Fashion Week debut, Felix signed on as a house ambassador for Louis Vuitton in August 2023. Ghesquière lauded the singer’s “unique personality” and “audacious sense of style.”
In May 2023, Felix also attended Ghesquière’s 2024 cruise show for Vuitton, and was dressed by Ghesquière for the Lollapalooza music festival in Paris later that summer.
Felix’s collaboration with Louis Vuitton follows a trend of a number of K-Pop stars signing with fashion brands. J-Hope of BTS is also a brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton, as are Jackson Wang and Hyein from NewJeans.
